About the role

InReach is hiring part-time staff to support adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities in a residential setting in Charlotte, NC. You will assist with daily living, meals, housekeeping, and community activities, while documenting progress and behaviors. Responsibilities include medication support, safety, and providing overnight sleep shift coverage on weekends. A valid driver's license and HS diploma are required, with 21+ age and 6+ months of related experience preferred.
