BOND is seeking a Senior Estimator in the Boston area to lead complex preconstruction and budgeting efforts across multiple trades. You will review plans, manage bid processes, and coordinate with estimators, project managers, and vendors to ensure competitive pricing and accurate scoping. Ideal candidates bring 15+ years in local estimating, a BS in construction management or related field, and proven leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
