Meriplex is seeking a Systems Administrator to join the Technical Assistance Center in Lake Oswego, Oregon. This role is second-tier support handling Level 2 end-user issues, following SOPs, and delivering strong customer service while resolving tickets. You will handle AD/Office 365, VPN, GPO, VMware, server maintenance, firewalls, Azure, Exchange, SAN, MFA, and Azure subscriptions. The role emphasizes teamwork, documentation, and professional communication.
