What You’ll Be Doing:
Actively canvassing assigned territories and engaging homeowners face-to-face Introducing Greenleaf’s pest control services and educating customers Conducting service presentations tailored to each customer’s needs Generating leads through cold knocking, referrals, and targeted outreach Managing territory activity and customer follow-ups using CRM tools Collaborating with leadership and marketing teams to maximize territory performance Who We’re Looking For Confident communicators who build trust quickly Competitive, driven individuals who want performance-based income Coachable team players who take feedback and improve fast Self-starters who can manage a territory and daily activity independently Door-to-door, outside sales, or B2B experience is a plus—but not required.
