About the role

Attribution Search is working with a leading global hedge fund that is looking to add headcount to its middle office, role paying between $300k- $400k TC.This is a high-impact seat close to the trading activity. The role offers front-to-back exposure across the trade lifecycle, from execution through settlement, and works directly with senior leaders and teams across the firm. The team empowers its people to use their own creativity to improve processes through automation and more.
Responsibilities:
  • Daily reconciliation of positions, transactions, cash, swap resets and dividendsT+0 trade affirmation
  • Investigation and resolution of trade breaks across equities, swaps, futures and FXAnalysis and processing of corporate actions
  • Supporting the flash PnL and NAV reporting cycle
  • Partnering with Execution, Technology, Treasury, brokers and vendors to resolve issues and keep trade workflows running smoothly from execution to settlement
  • Driving a shift to exception-based workflows, automating manual steps to improve scalability, reduce risk and tighten controls
  • Applying AI tools such as Claude to speed up analysis
Requirements:
  • 3+ years in middle or back-office operations
  • Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills
  • Practical experience using Claude or similar AI tools to deliver quality work quickly
