Support brand messaging, campaign development, and content strategy across multiple channels. Ensure copy is medically accurate, consistent with brand guidelines, and aligned with regulatory requirements. Prepare and refine copy for Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review, including references, annotations, and revisions. Proofread and edit materials for accuracy, consistency, clarity, and compliance. Manage multiple deliverables and deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
Required Qualifications: 7+ years of professional copywriting experience, preferably within a healthcare advertising or pharmaceutical agency. Strong HCP oncology copywriting experience. Experience developing high-science pharmaceutical or healthcare communications. Proven ability to translate complex medical and clinical information into engaging, accurate messaging. Strong portfolio showcasing HCP-focused pharmaceutical or healthcare campaigns. Experience creating content across digital, print, web, and integrated marketing channels. Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and conceptual thinking skills. Ability to work independently, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and meet tight deadlines.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
