About the role
Brake Press Operator Smart Talent is seeking to hire Brake Press Operators for a manufacturing company based in Monroe, WA. Ideal candidates will have previous Brake Press experience and have a strong attention to detail LOCATION:Monroe, WA Pay:$24 - $28 DOE SCHEDULE: Monday Thursday 5am - 330pm BENEFITS OFFERED: Paid Weekly, Direct Deposit, Affordable Health Care, Full-Time, Opportunities for career growth Job Duties/Responsibilities: Operate Brake Press and Roll Forming machines according to job specifications and safety guidelines. Interpret job instructions to identify correct tools and programs needed for each project. Inspect finished products for quality assurance. Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance tasks as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and production timelines are met. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Brake Operator or a similar role such as CNC operating. Familiarity with Brake Press and Roll Forming machines. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and job instructions. Strong attention to detail and quality standards. Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude.
