About the role

This premier global litigation firm is universally recognized as a powerhouse in complex commercial disputes, high-stakes trial defense, and international arbitration. Operating across key business hubs worldwide, the firm is known for its intense dedication to winning, creative problem-solving, and a distinct, entrepreneurial culture that sets it apart in the legal marketplace. Driven by high standards and continuous innovation, the firm empowers its business services professionals with cutting-edge tools, high-visibility projects, and a collaborative environment where initiative and technical excellence are valued. Reporting directly to Marketing Technology leadership, the Web & Digital Specialist is a hands-on technical lead who will own day-to-day execution across the firm's global website and broader digital footprint. In this vital builder-and-fixer role, you will build and maintain CMS pages, stand up dedicated microsites, and manage local Google Business Profiles across international offices. Working closely with external development vendors and internal marketing automation specialists, you will oversee site health, accessibility, technical SEO (including optimization for AI-driven search environments), and page-level analytics tracking via GA4 and Google Tag Manager. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented digital web specialist with hands-on experience managing an enterprise CMS, supported by strong HTML/CSS capabilities and a law firm or professional services background. You bring practical expertise in technical SEO, site performance optimization, and GA4/GTM instrumentation. A natural problem-solver who documents work meticulously, you excel at identifying site bugs before they are reported, managing multiple technical priorities, and ensuring a seamless, high-performing digital user experience across a global web presence.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
