About the role
We are looking for a Workday Systems Analyst to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below. This is a great opportunity for a Workday configuration specialist to support and optimize core HR technology systems across a range of modules, in a fully remote role based out of Cleveland, OH.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain Workday modules to support business and HR operational needs
- Partner with HR, Payroll, and Benefits teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective Workday configurations
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues across supported Workday modules
- Support Workday releases, testing, and change management for new features and enhancements
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and business process configurations within Workday
- Ensure data integrity and security configurations are properly maintained across the system
- Document system configurations, processes, and testing procedures
- Provide end-user support and training on Workday functionality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement
Qualifications:
- Hands-on Workday configuration experience
- Experience with one or more of the following modules preferred: Payroll, Time Tracking, Benefits, Absence, Core HCM, and Security
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work across HR, Payroll, and IT stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment
