About the role

Performance Contracting seeks an experienced Senior Estimator for its PCI New England 586 operations based in Boston, MA. You will estimate projects involving drywall, framing, acoustics, and interior finishes for commercial, cleanroom, or biotechnology facilities. Responsibilities include quantity takeoffs, labor productivity, vendor pricing, subcontractor pricing, bid reviews, and contract administration. Proficiency with On-Screen Takeoff, Quick Bid, Plan Swift, and Procore is preferred.
