Overview: Senior Counsel, Sports – New York, NY

Salary: $216,000 to $265,000 per year

Responsibilities: Provide advice and counsel to departments within the Office of the Commissioner regarding labor relations and administration of the company's collective bargaining agreements. Establish and maintain good working relationships with club and union representatives. Manage all aspects of grievances and pre-grievance disputes (including fact gathering, legal analysis, discovery, arbitration, and settlement negotiations).
