About the role

Under Canvas in West Yellowstone, MT seeks an Assistant General Manager to partner with the General Manager and ensure exceptional guest experiences at the seasonal camp. The AGM leads customer service and operations across front desk, maintenance, housekeeping, and food & beverage. You will set clear expectations, supervise staffing with the GM and HR, and drive efficiency, safety, and hospitality standards while building relationships with local partners and guests.
