About the role
To expand client relationships within the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and the Department of Defense (DOD), the full-time Federal Health Account Lead will manage account growth, capture and proposal support, and market intelligence, all in a remote setting.

Required Qualifications
5+ years of federal business development, capture, or account management experience, with direct HHS exposure
Demonstrated understanding of federal procurement processes and contract vehicles
Ability to read and interpret procurement documents and translate findings into actionable strategies
Strong relationship-building skills with government stakeholders and internal teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
