Job Description:
IMKO Workforce Solutions is hiring Production/Assembly Associates for a growing manufacturing company in Madison, SD. This is a light production position involving the inspection, assembly, and packaging of plastic components.
Responsibilities:
Inspect components for quality Assemble molded components and parts Package finished products according to instructions Monitor production equipment Ensure products meet quality specifications Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety and production procedures
Qualifications:
No previous manufacturing experience required – training provided Dependable with strong attendance Good attention to detail Willingness to learn Comfortable with repetitive production and assembly work Ability to work effectively as part of a team#INDSXF #TALROO
