About the role
Do you already sell appliances into property management and apartment communities in the Chicago market? We are hiring a Property Management Appliance Sales Manager, and this role is built for someone who already has an existing book of business and wants that book to earn more. This is a growth opportunity for your existing accounts, not a request to start over. Why this role pays more for the relationships you already have Compensation is tied to recurring turnover and replacement revenue. Unit turns, make ready units, and refresh programs all generate ongoing commission from accounts you already know. What you bring Existing relationships with property managers or apartment operators in the Chicago metro A book of business you have built and can bring with you Experience navigating preferred vendor lists and ongoing replacement cycles What this opportunity offers Uncapped commission structure with real upside as your portfolio grows Strong inventory access and operational support behind you A company investing in the property management channel for the long term If you are ready to be paid more for the book you have already earned, let’s talk.
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
