The Civil Design Project Manager oversees and supports the design and development of site civil and roadway design projects for public and private clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in site grading, drainage, stormwater management, and utility design and can bring creative design practice and problem-solving skills balanced with a solid background in the field. This is a great opportunity for a highly motivated, driven professional who is looking for career growth!Qualifications:Experience in designing and developing site and roadway plans for permit and construction is a must.Ability to take on project management responsibilities including directing and supervising the work of entry-level engineers and technicians.Serve as the point of contact for client issues and communication.Assess client project requirements, develop scope, schedules, and cost estimates to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meeting client expectations.Proficient knowledge of civil engineering software such as AutoCAD and Civil3D.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.A bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an accredited four-year university with 4-6 years of design and project management experience.Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in the state of Tennessee.Benefits:Medical insuranceDental insurance401(k)
