About the role

Catholic Charities of Santa Clara County seeks a Program Manager of Evaluation & Learning to lead outcomes measurement and continuous improvement across programs. You will develop evaluation frameworks, implement reporting infrastructure, and translate findings into actionable recommendations to guide strategic decisions. The role partners with program leadership, IT/CIS, and accreditation teams to embed data collection, measurement, and reporting in daily operations and to communicate results
