Biorefinery Operator Night Shift Minnesota Soybean Processors (MnSP) is looking for a Biorefinery Operator to join our night shift team in Brewster, Minnesota. If you are mechanically inclined, safety-minded, dependable, and enjoy hands-on work, this could be a great opportunity for you! What You'll Get Starting wage of $20.00/hour+$2.00/hour night shift premium+$1.00/hour after qualifying for applicable operator levels 12-hour shifts: 7:00 PM 7:00 AM2/3/2 rotating schedule Every other weekend off Opportunities to learn, develop new skills, and advance Be part of a team-oriented workplace Hands-on experience in the soybean processing, renewable fuels, and biorefinery industries
What You'll Do: As a Biorefinery Operator, you will help keep our Refinery and Biodiesel operations running safely, efficiently, and reliably. You'll: Monitor and operate production equipment Make equipment and process adjustments as needed Perform quality testing and collect samples Monitor production processes and equipment Identify and report equipment issues Complete safety inspections and production logs Perform basic equipment maintenance and housekeeping Work closely with your team to maintain safe and efficient operations
