About the role
Micone Executive Recruiting is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale electrical construction projects from planning through completion.
This is an exciting opportunity for a proven PM who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to drive projects, teams, and results.
ResponsibilitiesManage electrical construction projects from start to finish
Own schedules, budgets, forecasting, and profitability
Lead project teams and coordinate with field leadership
Manage contracts, change orders, procurement, and subcontractors
Build strong client and project-partner relationships
Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
Qualifications:
5+ years of electrical construction project management experience
Experience managing commercial, mission-critical, data center, or other large-scale projects preferred
Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgets, takeoffs, contracts, and change orders
Proven success managing profitable projects
Strong leadership and communication skills
Electrical Engineering or Construction Management degree preferred
Journeyman or Master Electrician license is a plus
