This strategic finance leader will be responsible for driving profitable growth across the global business, leading the company's pricing strategy, deal governance, and commercial financial analysis. The role involves serving as the primary finance partner for complex customer opportunities, ensuring that commercial decisions align with revenue growth, margin performance, cash flow, and risk management. The successful candidate will have a strong blend of pricing strategy and commercial finance, with treasury and executive leadership experience, and will be comfortable operating in both strategic and hands-on capacities. Key responsibilities for the Vice President, Global Pricing & Commercial Finance include deal support and pricing governance, developing and maintaining pricing frameworks, and leading financial modeling for large-scale opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 12+ years of experience in commercial finance and pricing, and a proven track record of influencing executive leadership. Experience in a global, matrixed organization and a background in technology, systems integration, or project-based business is preferred.
