About the role
Leading client relationships and integrated B2B marketing engagements, the full-time Marketing Account Supervisor will focus on paid media, digital demand generation, and account-based marketing while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
Own day-to-day and senior client relationships, providing strategic guidance and understanding client business objectives
Act as the client-facing leader for engagements, managing expectations, strategic alignment, and relationship health
Identify and secure organic growth opportunities within existing client relationships, collaborating with internal teams for successful delivery
Required qualifications
5+ years of client service/account management experience in a marketing, media, or integrated agency environment
Demonstrated experience with B2B clients and a strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys and demand generation
Proven ability to build and expand client relationships and contribute to organic account growth
Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience managing scopes, budgets, and account profitability
Highly organized and proactive, with proficiency in project management software and Microsoft 365 tools
