What your days look like
Supervise clients and staff weekly, ensuring top-notch ABA services across the board
Mentor RBTs & Case Managers - helping the next generations of clinicians grow with confidence
Oversee assessments, goal setting and clinical team meetings to keep care sharp and intentional
Maintain high-quality documentation, communication and clinical standards throughout.
What you bring
Active BCBA Certification
Masters in ABA, Psychology or related field
2+ years supervising clinical staff
Strong ABA skills (BTT, Verbal Behavior, NET)
Reliable car, CA driver's license & insurance
CPR certification, immunization records and background check upon hire
Compensation & Perks:
Full-Time Hourly Clinical Rate: $60/hr
