What You'll Do:
- Meet with veterans and their families via scheduled Zoom consultations
- Explain supplemental benefit options in a clear, respectful way
- Guide clients through enrollment step-by-step
- Maintain accurate digital records and follow-up communication
- Provide ongoing support for policy updates and client questions
- Participate in weekly coaching, training, and development sessions
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with the families you serve
