Job Description: We are hiring immediately for an experienced and reliable Finish Carpenter/Cabinet Installer in Warrensville Heights, OH. With at least 2 years of professional carpentry, cabinet installation, or finish-carpentry experience. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and dedicated to producing quality work while working independently or with a team. A valid driver's license and the ability to lift and carry at least 75 pounds are required. This hands-on position focuses primarily on installing custom garage cabinets, slatwall systems, trim and other garage-storage products. Team members may also assist with garage-floor installations as needed. The ideal candidate has solid carpentry experience, strong measuring and problem-solving skills, and an eye for clean, precise work. This is a physically active, fast-paced position for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship and enjoys seeing a project come together.

Responsibilities: Install custom garage cabinets, slatwall, trim and storage accessories Accurately measure, cut, level, assemble and secure materials Read job specifications and follow installation plans Safely operate hand and power tools Identify and resolve installation challenges in the field Protect customers’ homes and maintain clean, organized jobsites Communicate professionally with customers and team members Assist with garage-floor installations when needed Deliver consistently clean, high-quality finished work

Qualifications: At least two years of professional carpentry, cabinet installation or finish-carpentry experience Strong knowledge of measurements, materials, hand tools and power tools Ability to work independently and as part of a crew Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Dependable attendance and professional conduct Valid driver’s license Reliable transportation to our Cleveland location Ability to travel to residential jobs throughout Northeast Ohio Ability to lift, carry and maneuver cabinets, tools and installation materials Ability to stand, bend, kneel and perform physical work throughout the day Experience installing cabinets, built-ins, closets, slatwall or garage-organization systems is strongly preferred.
