Job Description Job Description Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in vehicle maintenance, power tools, diesel engines as well as small engine/landscape equipment repair. Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance on diesel engines, including oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks- Diagnose and repair engine issues using diagnostic tools- Inspect and repair brakes, steering mechanisms, transmissions, and other vital parts of diesel vehicles- Weld and fabricate parts as needed- Conduct inspections and test drive vehicles to ensure proper functionality- Maintain detailed records of all repairs and services performed- Experience in small engine repair and lawn equipment maintenance required Qualifications: -CDL A with Manual Transmission- Proven experience as a Diesel Mechanic or similar role- Knowledge of diesel engines, air brakes, shocks struts, and tractor-trailer systems- Ability to use power tools effectively- Forklift & Loader experience required- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills- Ability to work independently or as part of a team If you are a dedicated individual with a passion for diesel mechanics and possess the required qualifications, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
