About the role
Jamul-Casino seeks an experienced supervisor for table games operations. Associate’s degree or equivalent and 4+ years in a table games supervisory role preferred; strong leadership and guest service skills.
You will supervise a shift, ensure game integrity, staff scheduling, budget awareness, and compliance with regulatory guidelines; must be 21+ and able to obtain gaming licenses. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and table games systems, plus excellent communication and conflict resolution
