About the role

Fleet Mobility Solutions, LLC, doing business as Oro or Oro Mobility, seeks a Site Safety & Compliance Lead for our California market. You will serve as the senior safety representative at the site, champion OSHA compliance, and guide safety culture across fleet operations. Reporting to the Director of Mobility Safety, you will mentor drivers, investigate incidents, lead emergency preparedness, coordinate permits and audits, and ensure timely corrective actions while maintaining Just Culture
