You will join our growing presence in the greater Colorado area, helping build Trusted Advisor relationships and delivering high-caliber work that supports our mission of helping communities protect public health and the environment.Why Hazen and Sawyer:Founded in 1951 by the son of Allen Hazen (developer of the Hazen-Williams equation), we are an employee-owned company with a singular focus on "all things water."Our work includes planning, design, and oversight of construction of environmental infrastructure for water, wastewater, and stormwater management.We foster a work environment low on bureaucracy and high in creativity.We recruit talented professionals, provide them with challenging, interesting, and creative assignments, and furnish them with the tools they need to succeed.We currently have over 2,000 employees in 70+ offices throughout the United States, Latin America, Canada, and the UK.Key Responsibilities:As a Utility Management Specialist, you will deliver high-impact solutions across five core service areas: Organizational Health & Resilience, Economic & Financial Services, Asset Management, Technology & Business Intelligence, Public Outreach & CommunicationDesigning and implementing utility management and asset management plans throughout their lifecycle.Assisting with field assessments of infrastructure.Building and maintaining management tools such as structured databases, interactive business intelligence platforms, and data visualization dashboards.Assisting in client proposals creation and presentations.Contributing to pursuit development and project scoping.Serving as Project Engineer/Manager for UMS engagements.Client interaction and coordinating with engineering, planning, and science teams.Diagnosing client needs and developing strategic, customized solutions.Required Qualifications:2-6 years of relevant professional experience.Bachelor's degree in engineering, economics, finance, business, data science, or a related field required.
