About the role

Senior SDR — Build the First-Ever US Inside Sales Team at a Global Workplace Design & Construction Firm A global workplace strategy, design, and construction firm, 600 people, 27 studios, 13 countries, recently backed by private equity for its next stage of growth. Full end-to-end model: strategy, design, engineering, project management, and construction, all under one roof. We're launching this firm's first-ever US-based SDR function, and we're hiring the founding team. SDR coverage today runs out of the UK; this is a from-scratch build in New York. What makes this different: Be a true founding member, not just an early hire. Help shape process, playbook, and culture for the US function from day one Startup ownership, big-company backing: you get the autonomy and impact of a build-phase role, with the resources, training infrastructure, and stability of an established global firm Global investment in your success: the company's Global Head of Telesales is flying in from London personally to help onboard the team Real progression: a defined path from SDR to Sales Associate, plus room to grow as the US function scales$150K Year 1 OTE, commission on self-sourced deals, plus performance bonuses Hybrid, four days a week in our NYC office, with a driven, competitive team around you This is for someone who wants more than just a job, you want to build something and be able to point to it. If you're hungry, competitive, and want in on the ground floor of a major US expansion backed by a global brand, let's talk.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
