About the role

We're partnered with a leading quantitative trading firm seeking a C++ Quant Developer to work directly with traders and researchers on the development of alpha-generating strategies, research infrastructure, and high-performance trading systems. This is a highly collaborative role sitting at the intersection of quantitative research and engineering. You'll contribute to signal discovery, strategy development, and production trading systems while working alongside experienced market participants across a range of asset classes.
Responsibilities: Develop and optimize high-performance trading applications and research infrastructure in C++Partner with traders and quantitative researchers to design, build, and deploy systematic trading strategies Build and enhance backtesting frameworks, market data platforms, and tools used for alpha generation Work with large-scale historical and real-time datasets to develop signals, quantitative models, and trading insights Improve system performance, scalability, reliability, and execution efficiency across the trading stack
Requirements: Strong C++ development experience within a quantitative trading, proprietary trading, hedge fund, market-making, or crypto trading environment Experience building and supporting production trading systems, research platforms, market data infrastructure, or quantitative models used in live markets Exposure to alpha research, signal generation, strategy development, systematic trading, statistical modeling, or machine learning techniques Strong understanding of market data, electronic trading, execution workflows, and performance optimization Experience working closely with traders, portfolio managers, and quantitative researchers across asset classes such as equities, futures, options, FX, digital assets, or prediction markets Python experience and exposure to low-latency systems, distributed computing, or large-scale data processing environments
