MICOP, fundada en 2001, es una organización comunitaria que apoya a la población indígena migrante en California. El Organizador/a/x Comunitario/a/x de Labor desarrolla movimientos para mejorar las condiciones laborales de campesinos indígenas migrantes en Ventura, Santa Bárbara y San Luis Obispo, y recluta liderazgo. Requiere fluidez en español y Mixteco, experiencia en organización de trabajadores agrícolas y capacidad para comunicarse con grupos diversos.
