About the role
WithCoverage is seeking a customer-facing engineer to build AI-powered tools on the Growth team, focusing on applying AI to customer workflows. The role is based in NYC and involves collaborating with Product, Sales, and executives to deliver practical, reliable solutions.
You will own engineering execution, write code, connect systems, test behavior, and ship working tools for use by nontechnical operators. Hands-on building and proactive customer conversations are core to the role.
