Lakeshore Talent is partnering with a marketing organization to identify a Content Manager who combines strong writing skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to turn data into compelling stories. This role will lead the planning, development, and execution of campaign content, including reports, guides, articles, blogs, and promotional copy. The ideal candidate enjoys taking content from initial concept through final delivery and collaborating with creative, digital marketing, and sales teams to develop clear, consistent messaging that supports campaign goals.
Location: Remote – United States
Reports to: Marketing Leadership
Contract Length: About 8 weeks
Pay: $25/hr
Key Responsibilities:
Develop content plans that align with campaign objectives, audience needs, and brand positioning. Write and edit long-form content, including research reports, guides, articles, and blog posts. Translate industry trends, campaign results, and buyer insights into engaging stories and thought leadership content. Create promotional copy for email campaigns, paid advertising, landing pages, and social media. Manage content development from concept through completion, maintaining accuracy, quality, and deadlines. Collaborate with designers to ensure written content and visuals work together effectively. Support sales materials, including case studies, one-pagers, and presentations, while maintaining a consistent brand voice. Partner with digital marketing teams on SEO, content optimization, and distribution. Work with internal subject matter experts to develop informative, credible content. Coordinate content timelines with broader marketing and campaign priorities.
Qualifications:
4–6+ years of experience in content marketing, editorial work, or writing focused on demand generation. Excellent writing and editing skills across long-form content and promotional formats. Demonstrated ability to turn research, data, and market insights into clear, engaging content. Experience developing thought leadership or research-based materials. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. A collaborative approach and experience working across creative, marketing, and sales teams. Familiarity with SEO, content analytics, and B2B demand generation is a plus.
