Job Title Indianapolis, IN PTA Home Health DAYS - 8 HR: Monday - Friday

Job Description

Duration: week - 10 weeks Pay rate: $1600 total weekly gross - $40/hour ($15/hour W-2 taxable, $25/hour non taxable stipend)

Requirements: PTA experience of minimum 1 year - required Home health PTA experience – Required (12 months within the last 3 years) Homecare Homebase HCHB Charting experience - Required Familiarity with OASIS PTA License and AHA BLS COVID Vaccination (Exemptions only if not previously vaccinated and signed by a religious leader/physician)
