The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the revenue cycle strategy, including billing, payment processing, collections, and patient financial planning.This role requires the establishment of enterprise-wide policies and procedures, management of accounts receivable and bad debt, and the design of performance metrics to control revenue cycle performance. The EVP will also be tasked with redesigning workflows, leading the revenue cycle team, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' of revenue cycle management experience, with at least 5 years' in a VP-level or above leadership role.Deep expertise in specialty or private practice billing and scheduling, strong financial management skills, and a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams are essential. The role demands a leader with excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, who can translate strategic vision into an operational model. A Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or Business is required, with a Master's degree being a plus.
