About the role
Established mid-sized law firm is hiring a Legal Recruiting Coordinator to assist its midtown Manhattan office. The ideal candidate is a diligent and personable professional with: A bachelor’s degree, preferred Prior attorney recruiting experience New York City based law firm experience, required Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel proficiency
Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding process for Summer Associates and lateral Attorneys Lead coordination of professional development and CLE programs Oversee department budget and financial reporting Assist with annual reviews Assist with additional tasks, as needed

Salary:
