About the role
Service PorterJoin Lunghamer Buick GMC as a Service Porter in our Waterford, MI location. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring our service department runs smoothly by assisting with the movement and care of customer vehicles and supporting the service team as needed.
Responsibilities:
Move customer vehicles to and from the service department and designated parking areas safely and efficiently.
Assist service technicians by cleaning vehicles, gathering tools, and maintaining the shop area.
Maintain cleanliness of the service drive and surrounding areas.
Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and addressing their concerns courteously.
Support the service department with additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to operate vehicles safely and responsibly.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
