Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire a team of restaurant managers to achieve operational excellence across multiple locations.
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, encouraging team members to share ideas and solutions.
Ensure each restaurant location adheres to company standards for quality, safety, and customer service.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
Monitor financial performance, analyzing data to optimize profitability and resource allocation.
Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential and career goals.

Qualifications:
