- Own the end-to-end lifecycle strategy for a newly launched product line, driving its core repurchase and retention goal primarily through organic lifecycle communications.
- Design and execute post-purchase nurture flows, re-engagement nudges, and usage reminders.
- Partner with analytics to monitor a key guardrail metric that distinguishes genuine reinvestment from cash-out behavior, and to maintain a consistent ROI/attribution methodology across all lifecycle domains.
- Represent Lifecycle Marketing on the product's cross-functional team, filling a dedicated seat among its workstream owners.
- Coordinate with other lifecycle domains to avoid overlapping campaigns and ensure a consistent end-to-end customer experience.
- Work with lifecycle analysts to define and extend customer segmentation to cover this product's activity.
- Participate in shared quarterly tentpole campaign planning (major sports moments and product launch events), contributing your product's unique angle to a unified brief.
- What you have:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Analytics, or a related field preferred, but not required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer success, email/lifecycle, or CRM marketing roles.

- Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive actionable insights and optimize campaign performance.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
