We're looking for a Supervisor, Audience Analytics to join Redbox, Crossmedia's marketing science and data science team. This is a client-facing role for someone who enjoys connecting data, audience insights and media strategy. You'll work with clients and agency teams to understand business challenges, develop audience strategies, uncover insights and turn analysis into clear, actionable recommendations. You'll also have the opportunity to mentor junior team members and help shape how Redbox continues to build its audience analytics capabilities. If you're someone who can move comfortably between data, strategy and client conversations — and enjoys figuring out the story behind the numbers — we'd love to hear from you. Lead audience strategy and analytics projects across existing clients, new business opportunities and internal initiatives. Partner with clients and agency teams to understand business and media objectives, identify target audiences and translate business questions into thoughtful research and analytics approaches. Develop audience strategies through profiling, segmentation, CRM analysis, lookalike modeling and opportunity sizing. Work with audience data and research platforms such as Experian, TransUnion, MRI-Simmons, YouGov and GWI.Analyze first-party and third-party data to uncover meaningful insights and opportunities for media and marketing. Use analytical tools such as SQL, Python, R or similar platforms to explore data and support recommendations. Help develop and manage custom audience solutions, working with internal teams and external data, research and technology partners. Mentor and support Analysts and Senior Analysts, helping them develop their analytical skills, manage priorities and deliver strong work. Contribute to the continued growth of Redbox's audience analytics capabilities through new approaches, dashboards, training and thought leadership.4+ years of experience in audience analytics, media analytics, marketing science or a related field.~ Experience working within a media agency, media technology company or a related marketing/data environment.~ Strong understanding of audience strategy and how audience data can inform media and marketing decisions.~ Experience with audience segmentation, profiling, CRM analysis, lookalike modeling and/or audience development.~ Familiarity with audience data and research platforms such as Experian, TransUnion, MRI-Simmons, YouGov or GWI.~ Comfort working with data and analytical tools such as SQL, Python, R or similar platforms.~ Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to turn complex analysis into clear insights and recommendations.~ A bachelor's degree in a quantitative or analytical discipline such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or Information Systems is preferred.
