About the role
Amrize North America Inc. is seeking an HR Master Data Specialist to oversee daily maintenance and integrity of HR master data within SuccessFactors and SAP. Reporting to the HR Master Data Manager, you will perform data changes, validations, and support for regulatory compliance. You will train field HR teams, execute audits, and manage organizational data during restructurings, mergers, and system upgrades, ensuring accuracy across Payroll and Finance.
