About the role

OSF HealthCare is seeking a Flight Communications Specialist to join the Life Flight Team. You will receive all calls for Life Flight and dispatch crews accordingly, coordinating with OSF Aviation and other medical helicopters into the Peoria area. The role requires strict adherence to procedures while adapting to dynamic conditions. Candidates should have a high school diploma and at least 2 years in firefighter/EMT/medical communications or 911 dispatch; preferred is EMT/Paramedic with 5+
