About the role

Castelion is seeking a PCB Layout Engineer to own the layout and release of complex avionics PCBs for hypersonic missile systems, collaborating with electrical, mechanical, systems, and manufacturing engineers to meet aggressive schedules. You will drive placement, routing, and stack‑up decisions across analog, digital, RF, and power, lead DFM/DFA reviews with vendors, ensure IPC 3/3A compliance, and mentor junior designers while pushing design standards.
