About the role
What You'll Do:
Assemble precision coils, transformers, inductors, and related magnetic components
Read and follow work orders, assembly instructions, and customer specifications
Perform soldering, coil winding, wrapping, taping, and final assembly operations
Inspect and verify work using measuring tools and test procedures
Identify quality concerns before they become defects
Support process improvements and help teammates succeed
What We're Looking For:
3-5 years of assembly or manufacturing experience
Experience working with small parts and precision assembly processes
Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
Ability to read and follow work instructions, drawings, and specifications
Experience using measuring tools and inspection equipment
Consistent record of quality work and dependable attendance
