Location: Seville, Ohio (Medina Area) Weekend Shift: 9:00 AM 9:00 PM Part-Time Opportunity

This role is ideal for candidates looking for consistent weekend hours in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Perfect for students, second-income households, or those seeking weekend-only work. No towing experience required paid training provided!

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver calm, professional support in high-pressure situations
Answer incoming calls and gather key information using guided questions
Dispatch towing and roadside services efficiently and accurately
Provide service updates and estimated arrival times
Coordinate with drivers and keep customers informed
Assist with billing, scheduling, and administrative tasks
Demonstrate strong information retention and attention to detail
Ability to interpret direction and complete tasks with minimal supervision

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent
Customer service experience preferred (not required)
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
Basic computer skills (dispatch software experience is a plus)
Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
