Job Description: A well-established company in the industrial processing industry is seeking a skilled Industrial Mechanic to join their maintenance team. This is a hands-on role supporting heavy industrial equipment in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.
What You'll Do: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heavy industrial equipment Perform preventive and predictive maintenance Repair and maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals Complete work orders and maintain accurate maintenance records Follow all safety protocols and support a strong safety culture What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience as an industrial, diesel, or heavy equipment mechanic Strong understanding of hydraulic and electrical systems Ability to read technical drawings and equipment manuals Welding/fabrication experience a plus Comfortable working outdoors and in a physically demanding environment Valid driver's license Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team What's Offered Competitive hourly pay based on experience Medical, dental, and vision benefits 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for growth and advancement
