About the Role
Shift: 2nd Shift 12pm start
Location: Deerfield
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow HIPAA, ISO 13485, Joint Commission, and OSHA standards
- Adhere to all Work Instructions (WIs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and safety requirements
- Comply with company policies, procedures, quality standards, and safety and environmental regulations
- Maintain cleanliness of the Patch Intake room and associated work surfaces
- Practice proper recycling procedures
- Receive and process Patch devices (including de-kitting and verification of patient information)
- Upload data from Patch devices to proprietary software tools
- Meet deadlines, goals, and objectives
- Identify and communicate safety, quality, or process concerns
- Follow Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
- Participate in Lean activities and 5S initiatives
- Support small group problem-solving activities

- Minimum three months of related experience in a medical device, manufacturing, or regulated environment preferred

- Strong time management skills
- Flexibility with work assignments
