General Labor - Washroom Onsite | Full-Time
Starting Pay: $15 per hour
Job Overview: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Plant Support person to maintain sanitation, assist with washroom responsibilities, and keep production areas clean and stocked. This position plays a vital role in upholding our commitment to food safety, cleanliness, and overall plant efficiency.
Schedule: Start time typically begins at 6:00 AM (subject to change based on business needs)810-hour shifts Monday-Friday with occasional weekends as needed Must be flexible with shift start and end times
Key Responsibilities:
  • Remove and properly dispose of trash and scrap from all production areas
  • Sanitize equipment including barrels, smoke trucks, and smoke sticks
  • Assist washroom staff with cleaning and sanitation duties
  • Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of loading docks and surrounding areas
  • Supply materials and tools to production teams as needed
  • Help the Receiving Clerk move tubs and containers during receiving
  • Support food safety programs by ensuring compliance and accountability
Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to work in a cold, damp OR hot environment and year-round weather conditions
  • Ability to lift and push heavy items (up to 60 lbs.) frequently
  • Comfortable standing for 8+ hours per day and performing repetitive physical tasks
  • Willingness to obtain company-issued forklift/pallet jack certification
