About the role
The Executive Assistant will support the C-Suite leadership team and serve as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication, coordination, and day-to-day executive operations.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for executives, employees, clients, and external partners.
Manage complex executive calendars in Microsoft Outlook, including scheduling, prioritizing meetings, and resolving conflicts.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and materials, and take meeting minutes.
Arrange travel, accommodations, and manage expense reporting.
Draft and format professional correspondence, presentations, reports, and other communications.
Screen calls, manage correspondence, and maintain organized filing systems.
Handle highly confidential information with accuracy, discretion, and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Executive Assistant experience
- Strong calendaring using Outlook and proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
