About the role

The State of Wyoming seeks a Health Facility Surveyor for the Health Care Surveillance Branch of the Wyoming Department of Health. The role conducts surveys and investigates complaints statewide under CMS agreements, with extensive travel and a flexible/hybrid work arrangement including home-office work outside certain counties. Preference given to nurses, dietitians, social workers, and therapists; must be licensed, and able to complete the CMS SMQT within 6 months.
